No coach can win a title without at least a couple of superstar players. Any decent coach can win a title with great players. Atleast the Bucks should show some improvement with a real NBA coach though. Bogut, Sessions, Mason, and maybe Yi & Bell seem to fit the profile. Redd, Mo, CV & Simmons not so much. Outside of Gad's contract, the rest are journeymen. Seems to me this signals that big changes are afoot. Look for Charlie V and Mo to be trade bait, bundled with some ugly contracts. Don't be shocked if Redd is shopped.
